The price of a project depends on several different factors. What services are needed, where the project is located, how difficult the project is to do, what kind of materials are going to be used and most importantly, how many square feet needs to be done.
Due to the amount of different styles and sizes of log homes on the market, the only way to give an accurate bid is for us to look at the home in person. We do offer free quotes, however we will give you a ballpark bid before we come out so as to not waste any time.

Blast & Stain - generally $12-$18 per square foot under roof for log walls. Deck, doors, porch ceilings, and railings are optional and can be added in.

Log Rot Repair - Most milled logs which are readily available in our service are are going to range from $75 - $150 a foot for full or half log replacement with a $5000 minimum.
​
1800-2500 square foot homes less than 500 miles from our home base are going to range around $21,500 - $40,000, not including wood work.
